These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Songbull mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Purple Fern LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, Purple Fern LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control.

Songbull offers optional in-app subscriptions that provide generation credits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through your Apple ID via the Apple App Store.
You retain any rights you may have in the text prompts and lyrics you submit. Purple Fern LLC does not claim ownership of content you generate through the App.
However, you are solely responsible for the content you create and any use you make of it. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
Purple Fern LLC makes no representations about the originality or copyright status of AI-generated output. It is your responsibility to assess whether generated music is suitable for your intended use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Music generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purple Fern LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or claims related to AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
